Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
Seek new customers and build relationships with existing clients.
Quote customer enquiries.
Input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Organise and schedule appointment and meetings.
Support the other departments with their day-to-day duties.
The Person:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or sales role.
Proficiency with PC and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
The Package:
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Onsite parking
Monday to Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
Friday 8am-5pm
