Smile Education is recruiting Graduates interested in gaining experience within education. You will be supporting local schools, delivering set lessons or small-group interventions across a variety of subjects. Additional subject teaching may be required depending on school requirements.

About the Role:

Support teaching and learning across KS2 and KS3
Deliver pre-planned lessons or supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
Full-time, part-time, or flexible arrangements available
Work across several local schools to meet demand
Gain valuable classroom experience and develop essential skillsWhat We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate with a passion for education
Strong communication skills and confidence working with young people
Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain a productive learning environment
Adaptable and willing to support various curriculum areas
