SEN Teacher Duties:

* Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

* Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

* Provide individualised or small group instruction to reinforce learning and address specific needs.

Assess and monitor student progress regularly to inform instruction and adjust strategies as needed.

Maintain accurate records of student achievements, assessments, and interventions.

Prepare reports for statutory reviews, including Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan meetings.

Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being
