Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HR department, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Champion employee engagement and well-being programs to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Advise and support management on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior HR role, with multi-sector experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
