Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join their growing team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a dynamic environment and is keen to play a key role in shaping and supporting the company's continued growth.

The successful candidate will be fully involved in day-to-day financial operations, while also helping to implement improvements, drive efficiency, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and timely submission of VAT returns
Oversee and reconcile CIS payments in line with HMRC regulations
Provide clear financial analysis and insights to guide business decisions
Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and reports
Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and credit control processes
Maintain strong relationships with regular suppliers and manage receivables
Support year-end accounts preparation and external audits
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and company expenses
Assist with the weekly payroll process
Lead the finance team's daily operations
Act as the key contact for external auditors during annual audits

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Finance Manager role or similar financial position
Strong knowledge of finance systems
Experience with CIS payments and VAT processes (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
A collaborative approach with strong communication skills
