We’re looking for a practical, organised person to help deliver and manage training across our site. This role is all about making sure people have the right skills to do their jobs safely and confidently.

Working hours Monday to Friday 07:00am - 3:30pm

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering training assessments and reassessments for different job roles and conducting competency checks

*

Running new starter inductions

*

Supporting departments with training where needed, including refresher sessions and manage schedules

*

Making sure training plans stay on track and are completed on time

*

Creating a positive learning environment and encouraging people to get involved

*

Sending out pre-training info and follow-up emails

*

Giving clear, helpful feedback to trainees

*

Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements to training

*

Supporting the L&D Coordinator to keep training materials up to date

*

Keeping accurate records of training, competencies, certifications, and compliance

*

Ensuring all assessments and reassessments meet BRC standards

*

Completing daily agency inductions, including right-to-work checks and required training
