We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, working on a large project in Oxfordshire.

The right candidate will have 5-6 year experience, preferably in super prime residential main contracting, a clean driving license and own transport to travel to site.

This will be site based so must be within a commutable distance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include and not limited to:

* Preparing monthly cost reports, with cost control measures in place

* Pricing variations

* Preparing periodic project valuations, certificates and payment dates

* Preparing financial accounts and retention release

* Preparing monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)

* Review and Assign suppliers and subcontractors in line with procurement schedule, assessing and negotiating subcontractor packages.

* Attending regular professional and internal team meetings.

* Hours 8:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
