My client is offering a position for a Deputy Care Home Manager within their lovely small private home, for a maximum of 10 Service Users, that specializes in looking after clients with physical disabilities.

This small home is set in the beautiful surroundings of the countryside in the heart of Purley-on-Thames. These homes are designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment and are set out in a way that really works for the people who live here.

Job Details:

* 37 hours contracted per week

* Salary starting from £25k+ (Increases depending on experience in a management capacity)

* Must hold a valid UK driving license

Deputy Care Home Manager Main Duties:

* To provide and ensure all aspects of personal care are provided to the service users in line with their care plan using a person-centered approach, encouraging and promoting service users to reach their maximum level of independence, wherever possible, undertaking these tasks for themselves
