An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major new-build manufacturing facility project in Hull. This £27m scheme is focused on the construction of a state-of-the-art facility to produce medical devices.

Role Details:

* Full-time on-site role

* Reporting into the Senior Commercial team

* Responsible for MEP cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting

* Strong focus on site-based commercial control during the delivery phase

Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in M&E Quantity Surveying

* Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts

* Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
