We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our Construction & Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching to learners across a range of full-time and part-time Electrical Installation courses (typically Levels 1–3).

You will support learners in both theory and practical workshop environments, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed for employment in the electrical industry.

Key Duties:

Deliver and assess Electrical Installation qualifications

Plan and prepare lessons and schemes of work

*

Support learners’ academic and personal development

*

Ensure high standards of health & safety in workshop settings

*

Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement

Requirements:

*

Industry-recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)

*

Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)

*

Assessor or IQA qualifications desirable

*

Industry experience and excellent communication skills
