Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Salary: £130 - £163 per day
Job Type: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, or Day-to-Day)

About the Role:

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work in Southend-on-Sea? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across different settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and age groups

* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity of learning

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive learning environment

* Provide feedback to permanent teachers on student progress

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting

* Strong classroom management skills

* A flexible and positive approach to teaching

* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
