This forward-thinking firm is renowned for delivering high-quality work across the private sector and offers clear progression to Director and Partnership level.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key leadership role within a growing and fast-paced consultancy environment. Working closely with developers and private clients, you'll manage the delivery of high-profile projects across:

High-rise and low-rise residential schemes
Mixed-use developments
Student accommodation & co-living schemes
Hotels and hospitality projects
Stadia and leisure venuesYou'll provide end-to-end cost management services, support junior team members, and actively contribute to business development by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a high-impact role with long-term progression to Partner firmly in view.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
Private sector experience is highly desirable
Project Management/EA experience is highly desirable but not crucialIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
