We’re looking for an Ecommerce Assistant who’s detail-driven, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities — someone who loves keeping websites sharp, commercial, and customer-focused.

What you’ll be doing

* Updating and optimising a Shopify website (products, pricing, imagery, content)

* Merchandising categories, colour swatches & “Complete the Look” sections

* Writing SEO-friendly product descriptions and supporting ongoing SEO work

* Managing digital assets, resizing imagery, and supporting shoots & stock orders

* Running daily site audits and supporting CRM activity

What you’ll bring

* Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* Confident IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Great communication skills

* Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite and SEO knowledge are a bonus
