Have you previously worked in insurance and are looking for your next opportunity? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent insurance broker based in North London, offering hybrid working and a friendly working environment with high staff retention.

This growing business is now seeking a full-time Personal Lines Adviser to strengthen their growing team. The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and you will be customer facing. The salary is circa £30,000 DOE with 25 days starting holiday allowance and support for our Cii qualification.

What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs.

* Handling enquiries both over the phone or in person

* You will need to be comfortable building relationships with customers

* Not be afraid to pick up the phone to make mid term adjustments to policies

* Process new business quotes

* Handling payments of policies

The successful candidate must have:

* Previous experience working in insurance

* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

* Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and the market.

* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

* A proven track record of customer retention and relationship building.

* Professionalism, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering service excellence.
