Position: Study Abroad Coordinator
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Location: Holborn, London (just 6 minutes from Holborn train station)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility available; 2 days in-office required, including Thursday)
Salary Band: £19.58
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Study Abroad Coordinator to support a prestigious university in delivering exceptional study abroad experiences for our students. This role is integral to the administration and promotion of the Turing Scheme and will provide you with a chance to make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in all aspects of the university participation in the Turing Scheme.
Resource Management: Maintain and update online resources for students, families, partner institutions, and colleagues.
Promote Mobility: Help promote study abroad opportunities to both prospective and current students.
Communication: Provide expert advice and maintain attractive, accurate content on the website.
Customer Enquiries: Manage enquiries with promptness and warmth, utilising our CRM for a seamless customer service experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team and institutional objectives.What We're Looking For:
Attention to Detail: Experience managing data, spreadsheets, and compliance with government funding for international students.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with a diverse group of students and partners.
