Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Supplier Liaison – Be the friendly first point of contact: handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing reception duties.

Administrative Support – Assist directors and senior team members with document preparation, emails, post, and office supplies.

Sales & Service Admin – Process orders, manage data entry, coordinate deliveries, and provide general support to the sales team.

HR Admin – Handle HR-related admin tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
*
Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
