Evolve have partnered with leading medical equipment manufacturer who are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. You’ll be overseeing the daily operations of our clients warehouse, this means you will ensure efficient stock management, compliance with medical standards, and lead a dedicated team to maintain operational excellence.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Cardiff.

Ideal Requirements for the Warehouse Manager

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry.

* Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

* Proficient in warehouse management software and other inventory control tools.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager

* Manage and oversee daily warehouse activities including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and related products.

* Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy.

* Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply to meet customer demand while minimising overstock and obsolete inventory.

* Maintain accurate records for accounting and reporting purposes.

* Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to prioritise urgent orders or resolve any logistical issues.
