We’re looking for a dedicated Part-Time Support Worker to join our friendly Supported Living service in Ashington, providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

About the Role:

You will support individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and person-centred care in every aspect of daily life—from personal care and meal preparation to community activities and building life skills.

Requirements:

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

*

Weekend availability is a must

*

Reliable, compassionate, and flexible with a person-first approach

Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
