KS2 Primary Teacher
A Stockport primary school are looking for a KS2 teacher to join their team as a full-time classroom teacher starting in September 2025. The school is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a nurturing environment where all pupils are supported to develop academically, socially and emotionally and they prepare to transition to secondary school.
Role Description
- Planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum, adapting to students’ diverse learning needs.
- Managing and supporting students’ pastoral needs including safeguarding of all students.
- Preparing students for KS2 SATs including tailored support and targeted interventions.
- Updating classroom environment and resources as necessary to maintain a stimulating and organised environment.
- Communicating effectively with staff and parents as required.
Role Requirements
- A PGCE or completed education degree.
- Experience in KS2 teaching environments and primary level exam preparation.
- Must be available full-time.
- Understanding of teaching methods and education procedures withing KS2 curriculum.
- Good command of English language both written and verbal.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
