Clearfield Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a truly unique client in Central London, a distinguished residential architectural, build and interiors practice delivering exceptional high-end home renovations.

With an in-house team of RIBA architects, interior designers, and artisan builders, they offer a seamless turnkey service from initial concept through to final completion. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Role:
You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of each project. Your duties will include:

Preparing accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets

Undertaking quantification of materials, cost analysis, and value engineering

Procurement of materials and subcontractor packages

Supporting project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice

Representing the company in a client-facing capacity, ensuring trust and transparency

Involvement in project management as the role develops

What We're Looking For:

A background in high-end residential construction is highly desirable

Demonstrable experience in cost planning, estimating, and procurement

Highly accurate and detail-focused with strong commercial acumen

Professional and polished with excellent client-facing skills

Ambitious, with a desire to grow and evolve within a close-knit, design-led team

What's On Offer:

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
