Act as the primary contact for managing, documenting, and responding to inbound enquiries via phone and digital channels
Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Ensure the smooth flow of communication between clients and colleagues
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Provide consistent, high-quality service that reflects the company's professional values

Previous experience in a similar client-facing or customer service role is essential
Ideally, experience in a professional services environment (legal, financial, consultancy, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and personable
Proficiency with CRM systems is a strong advantage
