Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Chesham, Buckinghamshire

A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start after October Half Term.

This is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.

Position Details:

Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: After October Half Term
Contract: Long-term, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only)
Pay: £445-£500 per week
Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available
Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support
Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions
Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school
Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff This role is ideal for graduates seeking a career in teaching, educational psychology, or any child-focused profession.
