Temporary Works Design Engineer

Are you a detail-oriented and driven engineer seeking to join a well-established, yet growing, engineering firm where you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of real-world projects across the UK?

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Temporary Works Design Engineer to join the team, where you will be responsible for planning, developing and overseeing complex projects.

As a Temporary Works Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Understanding diverse engineering challenges and designing the solutions

* Using AutoCAD to illustrate solutions and plans for internal and external stakeholders to implement

* Engineering calculations to ensure all plans and designs are safe and reliable

* Working with end customers and internal stakeholders

* Producing pricing estimations for projects

* Ad hoc project work

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Good communicator able to work with internal stakeholders and customers

* Experience in a civil engineer, structural engineer or mechanical engineer role

* Degree in a relevant engineering field

* Proficient in AutoCAD

* Able to work as part of a team and independently

Salary:

£43,000 - £50,000
