Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a physically capable and motivated Industrial Cleaner to join a busy site service team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a hands-on role in a supportive and well-run industrial environment. Due to location, applicants must have their own transport.

Hours & Pay

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm

£14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 after 3 months

Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across industrial areas

Perform dry cleaning of large-scale workspaces and equipment using vacuums

Carry out manual handling tasks up to 20kg safely

Ensure all areas meet site hygiene and safety standards

Support the wider site services team as required

Work safely in a dusty, non-smoking industrial environment

Candidate Requirements

Previous industrial cleaning experience desirable but not essential

Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting tasks

Excellent time-management and efficiency under pressure

Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety protocols

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
