Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a Leading Legal 500 Company, based in Wiltshire, which is looking to recruit a talented lawyer to join their thriving Corporate and Commercial team.
 
Role: Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Leading Legal 500 Firm
Location: Wiltshire – Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + benefits
 
Key Responsibilities:

Advises an impressive client base, including SMEs, large regional and international businesses, and high net worth entrepreneurs.
Handle specialist legal work spanning technology, media, energy and landed estates.
Support an Associate Solicitor on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, contributing to a dynamic and ambitious department known for both intellectual rigour and collaborative spirit.What the company is looking for:

2+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial matters, ideally from a regional or City firm.
A strong understanding of corporate and commercial documentation and excellent drafting skills.
Commercial awareness and sound business acumen.Benefits:
