New Business Account Manager – IT Services
North London outskirts | Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000+ OTE)
Join a well-established, independent IT services provider delivering managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, voice, connectivity, and professional services to SMB and SME customers across the UK. This is a pure new business role, focused on winning new logos through services-led sales rather than transactional product deals.
You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from self-generated prospecting through to close, working closely with presales and technical teams to design commercially sound, recurring service solutions. This role is suited to a driven new-business salesperson who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment.
What’s on offer:

What we’re looking for:
* Proven new business sales experience within an IT services or MSP environment
* Strong track record of self-generating pipeline without reliance on marketing or SDRs
* Experience selling recurring IT services into SMB/SME customers (25–150 users)
* Knowledge of services such as managed IT support, Microsoft 365, security, backup, voice, and connectivity
* Commercially astute with a focus on gross profit and long-term customer value
* Consistent performance history with stability and the ability to ramp quickly
