A well-established regional house builder in Poole is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QS looking to work on high-quality developments across Dorset and the surrounding areas.

Who is this for?

This role is ideal for a QS with experience in residential house building — someone commercially astute, confident managing multiple projects, and ready to take ownership of budgets, valuations, and procurement. You may currently be working for a contractor or developer and ready to step into a role with more responsibility and autonomy.
