Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural technician to help deliver on a range of high profile projects for their team based in Macclesfield.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clientsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural design
Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Sector specialist experience or experience working on projects across a range of building sectors
Proficient with AutoCAD
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
Good technical detailing and drawing skills
Job running experience
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
