We’re hiring for a Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing business in Swinton that provides essential fire safety services across a range of commercial, residential, and public sector environments.

From installation and remedial works to compliance checks and inspections, your role will be crucial in ensuring buildings are properly protected and safety standards are met.

What’s on offer?

* £32,000 - £34,000 per year

* Monday – Friday, 9:00am start

* 28 days holiday

* Company van (available for personal use)

* Fuel card provided

* Ongoing training and industry-recognised courses

What will you be doing as a Fire Alarm Engineer?

* Installing, maintaining, and servicing fire alarm systems

* Performing remedial work on fire safety systems and fire extinguishers

* Conducting inspections to assess building conditions

* Completing compartmentalisation surveys to ensure fire containment compliance

* Working with both intruder alarms and general fire safety equipment

* Attending commercial, residential, and educational sites

What do you need?

* Level 3 Fire Safety qualification

* 18th Edition Electrician qualification

* IPAF certification (desirable)

* PASMA certification (desirable)

* Previous experience in fire alarm systems, servicing, and installations
