CSCS Labourer - Immediate Start - Bardney, Lincolnshire

We are currently seeking a CSCS Labourer to join our residential construction site in Bardney, Lincolnshire, working for a respected SME house builder with multiple sites across the region. This is an immediate start opportunity, offering consistent work and a professional environment.

Location: Bardney, Lincolnshire
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general labouring duties including maintaining cleanliness and safety across the site
Assisting tradespeople and site management with daily tasks, such as loading and unloading materials
Moving supplies around the site in accordance with safety protocols
Preparing and maintaining work areas for various construction activities
Ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely and properly when not in use
Reporting any hazards or site issues to the site manager or assistant site managerRequirements:

A valid CSCS Card (green or higher)
Previous experience working on a live construction site
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good physical fitness and a proactive work ethic
