About the Role
We are currently seeking dependable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team in Norwich, working approximately 00:30 to 09:00.

This is a temporary role, but there is potential for permanent employment for the right person who shows commitment and reliability.

You’ll play a key part in the overnight operation, ensuring that all goods are sorted, scanned, and loaded correctly to meet delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring safe and even weight distribution

Secure loads safely for transit

Scan items accurately and sort them into correct postcode areas

Support drivers with vehicle loading where needed

Re-label parcels that are inadequately or incorrectly labelled

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Support team members and supervisors as required

Carry out any other warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Attention to detail and accuracy when sorting and scanning

A team player with a strong work ethic and a flexible attitude

Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working night shifts

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
