Contracts Manager

Up to £70,000 + package

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong civils background to join an established contractor delivering projects across the Midlands.

If you’ve got solid experience in groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, and external works — and you’re confident running multiple sites and managing teams — this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

* Overseeing several civils projects at once

* Managing Site Managers and site teams

* Making sure projects run safely, on time, and on budget

* Working closely with commercial teams to keep costs on track

* Meeting clients and keeping relationships strong

* Solving problems and keeping jobs moving

What we’re looking for:

* Experience as a Contracts Manager (or a strong Site Manager / PM ready to step up)

* Background in groundworks and infrastructure

* Good leadership skills and commercial awareness

* SMSTS and relevant site cards

* Full UK driving licence
