Job Title: Retrofit Domestic Energy Tutor Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Midlands
Salary: up to £27,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria:

Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (not essential, as our client will put the successful candidate through the Assessor qualification!) 
Hold occupational competency within Retrofit or Domestic Energy Assessment.
Must hold a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
Confident with classroom / small group-based delivery
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Confident to support learners with Maths and English Functional Skills (as required).
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel. Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards the Domestic Energy Assessor Course at Level 3.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Please note:
