Within this role as an Engineering Manager you would be driving performance, reduce downtime, and lead strategic engineering projects at a site that’s seeing serious investment in automation, capacity expansion, and lean transformation.

You’ll be hands-on, visible, and influential—building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. With full support from senior leadership - reporting into the Head of Engineering, your focus will be on team development, performance delivery, and embedding robust engineering standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Senior-level engineering experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong leadership and people development skills
Confidence driving lean initiatives and RCA
Energy, ideas, and a proactive mindset with a focus of leading and engineering understanding

This role would require you to work 4on 4off days only, with the benefits of company pension - employer contribution 5%, Death in Service – four times salary and Health Care Plan.
