Production Team Leader

Hortonwood, Telford

Monday - Friday

Circa £35,000 plus benefits including bonuses yearly plus additional throughout the year for additional efforts, upskilling which mean additional pay.

Reporting to the Production/Operations Director and responsible for 5 - 7 staff on site and potentially assisting assisting with 10 plus at another site nearby

Objective will be to take control of the following

FLT Operation

Filling equipment

Quality control, (will be a lot of paperwork & computer records to update)

Process control

Scheduling

Act as support and right hand for Director

The role requires the following skills & attributes:

Proven ability to lead and manage a team

Very process driven

Advanced computer ability

Understanding of regulatory control

FLT licence

Placid and calm personality
