UPB is recruiting for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake commercial duties on a civil engineering project in Epsom, Surrey.

As the Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to oversee the project autonomously

* Change Control

* Early Warning notices and pricing Compensation Events

* NEC Forms of Contract Knowledge required

* Experience working for a contractor undertaking self-delivery would be desirable
