As a an experienced "Accounts Payable" / "Purchase Ledger clerk", you will be working with a small team of 4 in the UK who are part of the Italian Head Office. Our client is an Italian logistics business whose clients are in the fresh food sector.
The "Purchase Ledger Clerk" / "Accounts Payable clerk" will be responsible for:
* Keeping on top of supplier payments
* Processing upwards of 20 invoices per month on Sage or Xero
* Checking with colleagues in the UK and Italy that the transport tariffs are correct
* Checking VAT is correct
* Inter company invoicing
* Bank reconciliations
"Fluent Italian" would be an advantage.
