You will be providing high-quality care and support to service users with complex mental health needs, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity, and independence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards.

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

* Administer medication and monitor side effects in accordance with guidelines.

* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support patients’ recovery.

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

* Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.

Requirements

* Valid NMC registration.

* Previous experience working within a mental health setting.

* Up-to-date mandatory training (PMVA is essential).

* Right to work in the UK.
