About the Role:
• Full-time SENCO
• Lead SEND provision across all key stages
• September Start
• Competitive Salary on MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
• Key role in driving inclusive practice and personalised learning strategies
About You:
• QTS and ideally the NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it)
• Proven experience working with students with SEND
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
• Empathetic, organised, and a skilled communicator
• Passionate about inclusive education and student success
