Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – The Role:
The Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer’s will play a key role within the business, responsible for both reactive and planned, preventative maintenance and first-fix repairs on complex, manufacturing equipment. Ranging from injection moulding machines, extrusion machinery, laser printing and automated production lines, this will be a varied role where you will ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest of standards.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering corrective and reactive work, ensuring that tools, parts and materials are available and production downtime is minimised
- Completing the Planned Maintenance activities as defined by the site maintenance plan to schedule and within specified time frame
- Effective use of the CMMS (Pirana) to record all defects identified corrective actions, fault codes and parts used
- Ensuring all work performed is in compliance with all aspects of the Health & Safety
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – You:
- Possession of ONC or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Full driving licence
- Completed apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) in appropriate engineering discipline
- Experience of working within a processing, manufacturing or similar environment
- Knowledge of electrical control and safety systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Great time management
- An excellent communicator
