Building Manager (Commercial & Mixed use) – London – c£60k

We’re working with one of the major West End Property Consultancies who are looking to hire a Commercially biased Building Manager to oversee 3 x mixed use sites as follows:

* 2 x Commercial Buildings in Central London, both comprising private & communal office space alongside dining and retail with full on-site concierge and FOH services

* 1 x Super Prime Residential Building close to Regents Park operating as both a hotel and residence.

* You will assume responsibility for the buildings, their occupiers and instructing clients, overseeing all aspects of the property and facilities management functions, including staff

* In addition to regular site inspection, you will manage approved contractors, oversee works, ensure H&S compliance and liaise with the wider portfolio manager in relation to service charge matters and staffing.

* FM / Commercial Building Management exposure essential, related qualification desirable

* 4 days split between 3 x sites, 1 day working from home

* Scope to take on additional buildings (if desired) enabling progression into Commercial Property Management

Salary for the successful Building Manager will start at up to £60k + Benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
