Contracts Engineer - Teesside
We are looking for a Contracts Engineer to join our team in Teesside, offering a salary of circa £55,000, depending on experience. This role requires a commitment of 45 hours per week and includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Local candidates are preferred.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial heating and ventilation sector, managing mechanical contracts from tender to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing site teams, coordinating works, and supporting estimating and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial heating and ventilation projects
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Prepare and review estimates and work packages
- Monitor progress, costs, and quality on site
- Attend client and site meetings as required

Requirements:
- Background in commercial HVAC/heating & ventilation
- Proven experience managing teams
- Experience estimating mechanical packages of work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
