We are seeking an experienced Thermal Insulation Engineer to install and maintain insulation systems across commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Install thermal insulation systems to pipework, ductwork, vessels, and plant equipment

* Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit insulation materials (e.g. mineral wool, phenolic foam, PIR)

* Apply finishes including cladding (aluminium, stainless steel), isogenopak, and weatherproofing systems

* Interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

* Conduct quality checks and ensure works meet required standards

* Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Thermal Insulation Engineer / Lagger (TIE)

* Valid CSCS card (TICA preferred where applicable)

* Strong knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Experience working on commercial or industrial sites

* IPAF/PASMA (desirable)
