Supporting pupils during lessons and unstructured times such as break and lunch

De-escalating situations using restorative and positive behaviour approaches

Promoting attendance, wellbeing, and engagement in learning

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families

Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to pastoral meetings and reviews

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who:

Has experience working with primary-aged children with behavioural or SEMH needs

Is calm, nurturing, and resilient

Has a strong understanding of positive behaviour and trauma-informed approaches

Can build supportive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Is proactive, reflective, and able to work effectively as part of a team
