Logistics Coordinator
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £31,000 - £38,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday
We’re seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials across the supply chain. This role involves managing shipments, handling customs and compliance processes, and maintaining accurate documentation to support timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, storage, and material receipt.
Prepare and manage import/export and customs documentation.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
Monitor supplier performance, logistics KPIs, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics or quality issues.
Analyse logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination.
Background in customs processes and trade compliance is essential.
Forklift licence is desirable.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills — able to think on your feet.
Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customs clearance experience
Stock Control experience
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and scheduling software.
