With access to both day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, you can choose the type of role that suits your lifestyle and career goals. ECTs are welcome to apply.
What You'll Be Doing:
Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-based lessons that inspire learning
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Providing tailored support to meet individual student needs
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, delivering clear feedback
Collaborating with staff across year groups and trust-wide teaching teams
Following school safeguarding policies and reporting concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
Experience in a primary school setting
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A strong commitment to supporting children’s education and well-being
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools
