Senior Contracts Manager - Romford

SSA are currently working with one of the UK’s largest M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) contractors, actively seeking for a senior contracts manager due to the expansion of their Romford team.

The role involves overseeing the contract service and aftercare division as the senior-level professional responsible for the management of personnel within the department. You will also provide strategic leadership to the department and grow business by building client relationships and maintaining current relationships.

Duties And Responsibilities

* Oversee and be responsible for the operations of the department.

* Lead the aftercare and contract services division, including management of internal team, service, coordination, field technicians and subcontractors.

* Develop and implement timely resolutions to customer issues.

* Recruit and maintain company staff and team members.

* Act as the primary contact for client escalation.

* Allocate work within the department and ensure accountability for work.

* Lead expansion of the department
