Candidates: Create an Account or Sign In
We're looking for a confident and organised Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment across a wide range of operational and skilled roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates in line with workforce plans and project timelines
Collect and verify training records and qualifications for candidate submissions
Work closely with the operations team to anticipate and meet hiring needs
Ensure all candidate documentation meets compliance and client standards
Manage relationships with job board partners (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
Advertise vacancies through social media, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook
Confidently communicate with candidates and clients over the phone
Promote and monitor usage of the company's systems
Liaise with HR and payroll to ensure smooth onboarding and right-to-work checks
Support the recruitment team with general admin and ad-hoc tasksIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
