Our client is an international events company specialising in experiential activations that stop people in their tracks.

From pop-ups and product launches to brand stunts and immersive campaigns — if it makes noise, makes waves, or makes people talk, they are all over it.

As their new Event Manager, you’ll take projects from pitch to reality — owning timelines, logistics, suppliers, clients, and chaos (the fun kind).

You’ll be the calm in the storm and the one who gets things done.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading brand activations from concept through to delivery

Working closely with creative, production and client teams

Managing suppliers, budgets, schedules, and on-site execution

Travelling to bring brilliant ideas to life — wherever they need to happen

Keeping clients smiling and internal teams sane

Requirements

Solid experience in delivering events from concept to completion - essential

Willingness to travel uk and further afield on occasion - essential

Experience in delivering experiential or live brand activations - desirable

A natural project manager with great instincts and even better spreadsheets - essential

Confident running multiple projects and leading on-site delivery - essential
