Operations Manager - Negotiable + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

We are recruiting for a growing Facilities Management organisation who have their Head Office in Greater Manchester, they are looking for an Operations Manager who has experience of growing a Maintenance Division and winning service contracts within FM.
This role would suit someone who wants to lead a business and take ownership of its direction regionally or nationally, someone with the drive and experience of delivering Sales and Managing Day to Day Operations, this role will lead to a Board Directorship position.

Operations Manager - Requirements
·Ideally within a distance of the Head Office as will be based there.
·Will Consider people living across the North West
·Be able to demonstrate Operations & Business Development acumen with Account Management retention & delivery - Essential
·FM selling experience - Essential
·CRM competency and report writing - Essential
·UK Wide travel will be required with occasional overnight stays as part of the role - Essential
·FM background - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked for a Facilities Management or Soft organisation or within other allied industries.
